If you need instructions on preparing and sending files, please follow the Import/Export instructions that are emailed to you.

Please upload your catalog .zip file at least 1-2 business days before your appointment date.

Once I've reviewed your file to ensure that I received it correctly, I'll send you an invoice within 1-2 business days.

Basic Turnaround Time: 2-4 weeks, depending on the package you choose.

Rush projects with shorter turnaround times (5 business days) are available if the schedule allows.
